In my coaching, I help build this confidence so you can take purposeful action and navigate change effectively. In a trusting environment, I support you in clearly identifying your options for action and shaping them in a targeted manner.

Professional Coaching
Professional coaching is a way to strengthen self-efficacy, gain clarity and build resilience. Professional coaching is a structured, goal-oriented and collaborative development process in which I support individuals or teams in developing their potential, overcoming challenges and achieving their goals. It is based on scientifically sound methods, individual discussions and a clear focus on the needs and goals of the coachee.
About me
I am Luise. My passion is people, for themselves and in their contexts. Where they come from and what drives them. For this reason, as a certified professional coach (CPCC, ACC), I work with people in international contexts and support them in courageously tackling change processes, discovering their potential, consciously shaping their leadership style and using their impact in a targeted manner. I am an active companion and playfully promote potential and changes in perspective - and always with a focus on the whole person, what surrounds them, what they bring with them and where they want to go. The latter is often one of the starting questions for coaching.
